By just three votes, retail package stores are now permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the city of Oliver Springs.

According to the Anderson County Election Commission website the referendum passed.

Looks at roane election site you will see it failed . On the Anderson side it passed.

It total the two, it failed by 32. It did not pass.
