Meanwhile, Matt Flynn - who recently got tossed out like a week-old bag of rotten meat by the Oakland Raiders - just signed a contract with the Buffalo Bills, as noted by the team on Twitter: Tebow hasn't sniffed a job offer from an NFL team since he was released by the New England Patriots on August 31. There are certainly a few quarterback-sorry ... (more)

Not to mention I fired Carroll after the 1999 season after that 8-8 disaster leaving him nothing to do with the early 2000s.
Are you not aware that players drafted in the mid to late nineties by Carroll were the foundation of the stellar defense they had during their SB years?
And if 8-8 is a disaster why then did SanDiego continually rehire their coach for multiple consecutive 8-8 seasons? Or why the NFL allowed a 7-9 Seattle team in the playoffs?
It's all relative, and relative to Carroll the Pats owe him a debt of gratitude for his team building skills. He also had no hard feelings as he called Belichick to tell him about a Heisman caliber QB in Cassell that wasn't on anyone's radar. That same QB who took Pats to an 11-5 season, only 5 more losses than Brady the year before, and a 28TD/7Int year at KC where he made the Pro Bowl. Curtis Painter never made the Pro Bowl. And nobody was willing to give up a high draft pick in a trade for Painter yet KC did for Cassell.
Comparing Peyton to Brady based on differences over their backups is rediculous because your assumption is that both were backups and therefore identical. Cassell was light years ahead of Painter and Brady is well ahead of Peyton. Publically Peyton will never admit it, but privately he knows it. That's why Brady says everybody else is great or the greatest. When asked about Peyton or Montana or Young or Rodgers et.al. Brady says they are the best or greatest. He knows no matter how you look at it, he will always be in the conversation. Peyton needs the media to argue his case for him and frankly, it's just not believeable. And those who do believe it need help. It good they have football as a diversion.

It's clear you can't drop a Pat. Not even sure you are smart enough to drop a load. Why then do you need to wipe your face?

Its true, he is an imperfect individual, but homosexuality is not one of his vices. And just for your education, God tells us in His Word to love homosexuals but... to hate homosexuality. Hate the depraved act but love the person. Its a fine distinction. One too many overlook. Like most depravities,(yours is trolling), the method used trying to gain acceptance, is to change the words and/or redefine them. Gay means happy and is found in many songs including Christmas songs. The word gay is much more acceptable than the word homosexual. Even homosexuals are put off when you say ...oh you are a homosexual. They will "correct" you (politically correct not actually correct, which means its a lie they want to believe). Even they know in their hearts and minds their choice is wrong, they just don't like to be reminded of it. Similar to your attacking back because you don't want to admit what you already know about yourself, and the rest of us know about you as well. In your mean attempts to strike out because you are frustrated at you own inability to carry on a rational debate, your calling a person a homosexual (and you even bought into that idea incorrectly, accepting the depraved world's view over that which is the correct view) or calling someone handicapped (your word "tard" which isn't even a word, is much more disrespectful to them) only lowers your standing in the community and lessens any chances of finding the route to salvation. Hope you re-evaluate your situation before its too late. Time is short. The four blood moons and eclipse coming in the near term are the signs in the heavens many have been waiting for, but few know about.. Wouldn't wish the coming tribulation on my worst enemy. Please wise up soon. What you refer to as a fairy tale will soon become your scariest reality. Wishing you well, but it doesn't appear it's going to work out that way for you.

I agree with “Edgar” the “Janitor”, it’s better I bet in God's eyes to belittle someone by beating around the bush than to come straight out and call them names.

“I got the media in the palm of my hand and you lemmings will believe whatever I have them feed you”

“Media is manipulating you to make a buck. Wise up, unless you like being...”

“Two options exist, you are either uneducated or a troll. Will take the position you are uneducated so I will spell it out for you.”

“Evil either leaves out parts or mangles the true message.”

“Take a course in reading comprehension during the off season.”

“Get an education it will improve your thinking and response ability.”

So what, I demanded the Colts spend their money and draft choices to get me the best protection possible and the best receivers at the expense of our defense.
My goal has always been to set records and amass stats so I would always be in the conversation when it come to being greatest. Screw the rest of the team. Wins are over-rated anyway.
I needed this kind of support to hide my nervousness in big games and flaws in my passing game. That's why I demanded to be drafted by a dome team and chose the altitude of Denver when Indy figured out how I was using them for my own purposes. I will not be denied. My numbers will stand as a monument to how great I am and how much better my numbers are compared to every other QB that has ever played. Is it my fault that I am so much smarter than all the other QBs and figured out that if I had a better oline with better receivers and played in arenas that benefitted my play and then manipulated my teams to give me what I wanted under the threat of my walking away, that I could amass numbers never before seen, at least not until that pesky Brees passes me by without all my advantages. And that Brady guy really pisses me off. How in the world can he be on my tails stat-wise with that swill he has had for offensive support. Anyway, I got the media in the palm of my hand and you lemmings will believe whatever I have them feed you. I am in the conversation for greatest ever because I want to be. Just listen to all the media, even they say so.
That post rates 4 Pinocchios. If one looks at the Colts draft history while Manning played there, it seemed like the defense and offense were roughly equally represented in the draft.

Your suspicions would be wrong. I just can't allow the media's manipulation of the facts to stand. Peyton has been given three aces in his poker hand to start with...best Oline, best receivers and best stadium (no wind). No other QB in history has had as many advantages. And yet he has squandered those advantages when playing against winning teams. Even his stats which are exceptional are not as far ahead of others as they should be. Brees will pass him by and Brady needs but one year more than Peyton to pass him by. Playing in the cold, windy, rainy confines of NE, that is not an unreasonable consideration. Media knocks down the better and uplifts the not as good, to create rivals so they can line their pockets. I refuse to acquiesce. Peyton is an exceptional QB, just not near Montana or Brady.
Peyton has an offensive wheel (keeps rolling along) while Brady has a sled (he has to drag it) and still Brady is right behind him. take a course in comparative analysis, you will be amazed at just how far ahead of Peyton, Brady is.
I see a lot of hot air and little proof. If the 49ers had bee the all on the 50 yard line with 2 seconds left trailing in the game with Montana as QB in his day, the 49ers would be as good as dead because Montana woul;d not be able to get the ball anywhere near the end zone. And where would he have been without that outstanding supporting cast in SF? Both Brady and Montana had some extreme advantages of their own. Brady also failed against a Giant defense that gave up a lot of points during the regular season the last time Brady played against them, but I suppose you will have a lame explanation for that. Come to think about it, the Giants shut down Montana in the playoffs 49-3 the year the Giants beat the Broncos in the SB.

Sorry I lack the anger gene, but isn't it amazing how many miscreants will hang themselves given enough rope. I always like to let you run with it in the hope that you will come to the realization of Romans 3:23 and 6:23. Sorry to see that you will be electing the drop off instead of the lift off. In terms you may understand since common decency is not understandable to you. Turn or burn so you won't become future crispy critters. Wouldn't wish than on the worst of mankind. A label which you are running towards. Hoping you "see the light" before the darkness becomes eternal. Really, eternal. Your call. Choose wisely.

Perfect example of these people adding hate to an otherwise friendly bit of information. They want everyone to be miserable like they are and that's where they put their efforts instead of trying to climb above it all. What a waste of time and energy.
At least our time is spent safeguarding the general population from their poison and may turn one of them as well. The battle never ends.
