'Grey's Anatomy,' 'House,' 'The Office': TV's most-DVR'ed shows...

Full story: Zap2it.com

28-Oct. 4 Thursday night is a tremendously crowded night for TV this season, and it's also far and away the most DVR-heavy night of the week.

No kidding. I like all four networks at 8PM. Vampire Diaries vs. Survivor vs. Flash Forward vs. Community/Parks and Recs.
I have been DVRing Vampires and survivor and internet for the others.

I don't watch any non-cable shows on Thursday (since they moved Smallville, cancelled The Eleventh Hour, and let Grissom go) but since Burn Notice went on hiatus, my DVR gets a night off which only happens on Saturday usually. On the other hand, my DVR records six hours of shows (three broadcast) on Fridays. I think this site should feature more cable network shows including the Nielson numbers.

@Nizza,

I agree with you...I love 4 USA shows - Monk, Psych, Burn Notice and Royal Pains.

Not crazy about Community...we stopped watching it after the 3rd week

The networks are retarded. They dislike DVRs, but then they all line up their best shows on one night. They aren't competing with each other any more they're destroying themselves.

Everything I watch is DVR'ed. That way I don't have to watch the commercials - cuts way down on my TV time. Can watch more in less time. About 40 minutes per show. Have 2 DVR's now.

Agreed, without PVR, my family would be (a)severely time-shifted, and (b)missing a lot of great shows. 9 of the shows on your list are on our PVR. Another 3 we copy to DVD because we're ALREADY time-shifted with them. Did you mean to put Fringe and The Office in there twice? Kind of pads the list, don't you think?
