Assorted thoughts on assorted subjects: First Amendment first: Well, it's about time York moved to change its unconstitutional public assembly ordinance.

On Freedom of Assembly: Towns like York, Gettysburg and Littlestown should get better advice from their solicitors or else hire new ones from cities like Harrisburg or Philadelphia so they can start complying with the Constitution and save money paid out for violations.

Surprised Lord John didn't dust this law off and require Billiary to post a deposit when she(?) visited York. He would have looked about the same defending that action as he did whining about the cost to the taxpayers and billing her. This from a man who has no problem wasting tax dollars on the things he wants.
