Vandals burn American flag in Grand Haven

A Grand Haven family is upset over a discovery they made this morning in their front yard.

they have all the right in the world to be upset. That is not right at all. That is trespassing and not American at all.

Only cowards would wait until the middle of the night to do such a disrespectful act to our American Flag.

They don't have to destroy our flag if they don't like it here, they can leave our country.

WOW this is horrible. I know what it is like to have someone steal and destroy things from me, but I have never had our flag burnt. What a shame.

I would file charges against them for arson. The flag on my flagpole is my property, so burning it is arson, plain and simple.

Dennis your much more then just an American citizen, your part of a proud nation Under God and we can either be part of the foundation as you are and your family. Or we are part of the problem, it is not only a crime against you and your family, it is also a crime against all Veterans, and soldiers today. I am proud to be an American along with millions of others, many Americans have died in defending the flag and our freedom.
Burning it, or defacing it in anyway is a direct insult to us all. God Bless America.
