The guy has it made. Lived off his take for 17 years. Now he will get to spend the rest of his life being taken care of, food, shelter, health care.

Since he's 84 years old and has lived a clean life since then, we should let him go.

Yeah, CES, because the American justice system is supposed to be kind and gentle, and not make criminals sorry for their actions.

I think he ought to work on the chain gage every day that he's able (he's probably been eatin' healthier than MOST Americans for the last 17 years, if he was spending that money...) so that he can pay back what he STOLE. He's a criminal and they should treat him like one.

At least he's eighty-four years old and will not have too long of a time in jail, what about the other guys, were they ever caught. How did they spend the money or is some it still in hiding, lets go find it, people.
Finder, keepers.

Lived a clean life?! Come on, they said their was maffia ties! Living off other peoples money and being connected to the Maffia does not equal a clean living to me. All of his assests should be seized and sold at auction to pay the money back and he should spend the rest of his life in jail uncomfortably.
