78 year old man gets hit by a car and no one offers help

A hit and run incident in Hartford, Connecticut that was caught on tape last week still has city leaders up in arms.

I watched the disturbing video of this man being hit on another sit. It is very disturbing, concerning, and heart-breaking. We are too afraid to help another citizen for fear we might get harmed in the process. This is ridiculous! Everyone who witnessed this man get hit, walked by him and did nothing, drove by him and did not help in any way - they should all feel ashamed.

It saddens me to see that we live a country where everyone is out for themselves. I find it hard to believe that there are that many inhumanes to not stop and help an elderly man.

I can't even imagine someone just walking by a person who was injured like that. I don't care what age the person was!! Even going to the person and talking to them to let them know that someone is on the way and that everything will be alright. That is just heart breaking and scary.

The world is already there my man. Look how far the United States has fallen down the ladder. The War on Drugs is being lost, Corrupt Politicians from the East Coast to the West Coast not excluding the White House.
