I tried to set up an AIM account, and it was a disaster. Among many other things, AIM rejected all of my proposed screen names (over 20) as already taken. Then, I discovered that it had surreptitiously installed AOL on my computer, and changed my home page to AOL. I swiftly decided that I don't wish to have anything to do with this operation, and uninstalled the whole damned thing. I guess it's back to the drawing board. Perhaps I'll set up a dedicated Hotmail account. I'll deal with it tomorrow -- I'm tired. How was your weekend?

How was your weekend? that stinks....I missed you on AIM by seconds...I replied to you in the chat...and you had just gone offline...now it makes sense.... I'm sorry it was so troublesome. Anyway, my weekend was good, busy but good...and you?

Sorry that we missed one another. We will figure this out eventually.
My weekend was uneventful. I played on Saturday, and worked on Sunday.
Do you have plans for Memorial Day weekend?

Do you have plans for Memorial Day weekend? If you two ever get together, and it works, are all of us here going to be invited to the wedding, and will we have a say in naming your kids???

If there's a beach party, I'll need something to wear. hmmm....I think you're gonna have to go with a pair of hot wedge sandals with ankle straps...remember always 4" or more. But for the sand you'll need flip flops.... I personally don't buy any of my shoes online except flip flops from Victoria's, which would work for the beach, but I'm thinkin' they don't go up to size 14..... Now if your're serious you gotta go to Zappos.com

How about you... "I personally don't buy any of my shoes online except flip flops from Victoria's ..." I approve of Victoria's! I am going to try to play hooky on Friday. I really don't have anything specific planned for the weekend. Perhaps you were joking, but rollerblading, tomato and eggplant picking, etc., sound like fun to me. I suppose that I'm easily amused.

LOL!!!! Yeah, I'm a VS junkie....but they do have great flip flops if you are in need...:)
And if I find out you played hooky on Friday, I'm calling your boss. Isn't a three day weekend enough for you? Geez....
Yes, I was definitely joking. Redneckk is the roller blader, with the tomato and eggplant garden, so I was jut being silly with him.

Yes, I'm a big fan of VS myself. They send me a couple of sales brochures each week, which I enjoy perusing immensely, but I wonder how they make money in light of printing costs. I've already informed the boss about the possibility of playing hooky on Friday, and he has absolutely no problem with it. Of course, I'm the boss...

I'm wondering how you happened onto their mailing list? lol... Well you may not know this, but it is customary for the boss to give his employees a half day when he is out of the office playing "hooky" at the start of the Memorial Day Weekend.

"...happened onto their mailing list?" I'm a longtime customer! Unfortunately, this place is in such dire financial straits that there are few remaining employees ... Be that as it may, I will instruct the Office Manager to discharge everyone at the lunch hour on Friday.

I won't ask about your business because I know you don't wish to share personal details. But I'll be like Zu Zu...I'll pray real hard for you. And, still u are looking out for your employees!! How sweet!
