It might be true with some about the abusive boyfriend etc....but most have some substance abuse problem of thier own it seems that they are supporting along with just trying to make enough money to support themselves...........

Very interesting observation.. We have corrupt cops on the news.. inner cities are like shooting galleries and crime is up all over. Our taxes are the highest in the nation, yet the politicians say they may have to cut services....WHAT SERVICES??????
