Their are alot more serious activies going on than sex between two adults. I was clear to state consenting adults, not adults and minors. These are misterminors and their are more items like rapes, murders, robberies more attending can be given to. I don't agree with the practice, but as Jesus said about the lady who was about to be stoned let the first one who has not sinned cast the first stone, none of them did. So solly your not perfect either,I just believe their are more pressing needs. Have you been burgularized, have you had a car stolen, etc. I have i rather have the police take care of these criminals and not worry about the pervs. All their going to get is a fine, ha, ha. If you are attending restrooms like this maybe you ought not visit a public bathroom. I am retired, have used restrooms in malls, stores, airports thousands of times, only seen stuff once or twice. No kids were in the restrooms at the time, these are normally in the stalll anyhow and not in the open. Also if your a parent teach your kids proper morals, this all goes back to the family, if kids don't learn properly while growing up they never will. Of course when the clergy, police, firefighters, elected officials, teacher, male and female are doing it, then its kind of hard to enforce. If they got everyone who was doing this they estimate their would be 10-15 million men and women in jail. Also your federal income tax would have to triple means 30-100% in tax, your real estate tax would have to go up 400% and sales tax up triple. are you rich and can afford this. Lets deal with real problems, not two concenting adults. In all the cases like these people, the senator, etc their were no minors present. Give me a break solly stop being the do as I say not as I do mouthpiece. Your not perfect. It not just men, a lot of woman also solicit sex in public restrooms, the woman on here who say it does not happen, has closed eyes or maybe even does it with another woman herself. If it offends you so much they go to the bathroom at home. If it involves two adults then let it be, if it involves an adult and child then enforce the law. To avoid the problem go to the bathroom before you leave home (this goes on at the work place in the restroom as well), don't eat or drink that you can avoid going to the restroom once you leave home. You can keep yourself out of the restroom so you won't see things you consider offensive. The way some women dress in public you would think they are sluts or wh----.

If it were a man and woman no one would complain, what they are doing is not right, however other adults do not have the right to restrict the free sexual expression of other consenting adults. As someone else said, are you perfect, if not don;t complain about others. Don't use the public restrooms. Now we know what the pervert employees at sears do in Daytona, I though a restroom is private, it seems they are spying on you. Maybe these people should sue the employees who turned them in.

I see all those self rightous and perfect people on this post. They do nothing wrong so they condemn those who do what they do not agree with. Listen up wee pee. Did it occur to you that the people who just want to go to the bathroom in Sears without being propositioned or hearing homosexual moans and groans coming from the stall next to them have just cause to complain and get that sting operation to happen?

I don't know the definition of "normal" any more, but I do know a "decent" person would not behave in this manner.
I really don't care who you or any other adult choose to have sex with, but I do care that people feel it is okay to do in a public place.
It personally affects be because I have sons and I do not want them to go into a public bathroom and be subjected to this kind of behavior. I don't want them to see it, hear it going on in the next stall or possibly be approached by one of these men.
I am also tired of mothers having to bring their 10, 11, 12 year old sons into the ladies room because it is no longer safe to let them use the men's room alone. So yes, it affects me and all mother's who want their children safe.

Why should someone have to leave while you indulge in behavior that is breaking the law? You and yours need to do whatever it is you do in private, not in a public restroom.

I do not do these things. However, I do not believe it is my job to be the bathroom police. I leave these restrooms if something is going on. Also before I go to the mall etc, I go to the bathroom at home, it is rare that I or my family use these restrooms. These places are free, maybe we need to do what they do in other countries. Have pay for use restrooms where only one person can go in at a time and lock the door. My point is these people are consenting adults, I do not nor do you have the right to tell them what to do in a stall. These people are never in my home, mom of sons. When a restroom is open free of charge to the public, you get what you pay for. So to me sears, the mall etc needs to put locks on the doors, then make you pay to use the restrooms then you can have your privacy and not worry about what is going on. Also mom of sons you might be surprised what your kids see when they are out with friends, their not as naive as you think. I raised 7 kids, 6 boys they never had a problem. These people are not looking for kids, but another adult. All you do is tell your kids if something is going on leave. The reason the law say this is a misomeanor is because it does not harm anyone. If everyone was prosecuted for these things 10's of millions of people would be in jail. Because if I heard someone swear this is offensive to me, if you wear a revealing clothing this is offensive to me, if your pants are failing and your undies are showing this is offensive to me, If your on a cell phone while driving, in a line etc this is offensive to me. I could go on and on, This is to point out that everything someone does is offensive to someone else. You want your kids to growup in a white, perfect chamber, it does not exist, Kids learn what is right or wrong, not just because mommy or daddy says don't do it, they learn it from seeing things that are not right and can make a logical decision. I be if I saw you I could find something wrong or offensive about you and in this case you should also be charged with a crime.

Besides, the constitution specifically gives "consenting adults" the right to do anything they want anywhere they want to do it...after all...they're "consenting adults" endowed with inalienable rights to perform oral sex on each other or rectal sex standing on a pedestal in the middle of the mall if they choose.
