How about, they all get put away in the same cell ( forever ). This would let them do what they want and not be a threat to the NORMAL citizens. Maybe there should be a better pre-appointment or pre-employment investigation done before these SICKO's are in public jobs ( save those jobs for upstanding citizens ).

Can you define NORMAL citizens?

Is it ones who 1) don't seek out sex in bathrooms, or 2) aren't of the homosexual persuasion?

Lastly, aside from being contrary to the customs and practices of the general population (not to mention against the law), can you describe the threat to you personally by what these men did?

I know someone inside SEARS and they've been watching for the last 8 weeks.9 arrests in 8 weeks?This is just for SHOW.

They know if they arrested 150 or 200 (which I believe they could have) the NAACP would be calling for Chitwood's dismissal.

But by making martyrs out of these 9 folks they can pound their chest & say "We're cleaning up Daytona!"
And all the Religious folks will cheer Chitwood for ridding Daytona of all 9 of it's GAY CITIZENS.

The police need to spend more time solving real problems, like murder, rape, robberies, burgularies, etc. If an adult wants to do it with another adult that should be their business. If is it immorral then when they die the creator will take care of them. Child abuse is one thing, sex between consenting adults is another, regardless of what we believe personally. We allow abortions, etc what is wrong with copsenting adult sex, just because you or I may not agree with it does not make up our brother and sisters keepers.
