Just weeks after nearly 50,000 fans from across the United States came to the Double JJ Ranch for the Rothbury Music Festival, the owners filed for bankruptcy in federal court.

I have been there a couple of times and it was alot of fun. What were they thinking with the water park thing tho? It's too far from anywhere and too close to Michigan Adventures who has a waterpark that way outrated Double JJ's. They never should have taken a loan for that, and the bank never should have approved a loan for that.

What the hell did they do with that $$= 250.00 per ticket with 50,000 tickets sold--that is 12.5 million dollars- I think they took the investors for quite a ride here...there is money hidden somewhere....no other explanation~
