There was definitly evidence of the alcohol and drugs! Even evidence that Nick puked them up! That is why it took them so long with her vehical! Cara also DID admit to some things which the news hasn't gotten ahold of! FYI...Cara by the advice of HER attorney chose to wave the court hearing and go to the Grand Jury in hope of a sympathy vote of "not guilty" unlike how you seem to think it is! Study up and GET REAL!

Cases that are waived to the grand jury, as her case was, are done when the client is out on bail and the attorney does not want to risk a felony hearing, where the bail could be increased after hearing.
The case goes to the grand jury, the same way and form, as do those that have a hearing!
Any attorney would be remiss to his client, if they did not proceed this way, with felony charges. Waiving a felony hearing does not invoke sympathy for any client from the grand jury, since the waiving is just a clerical process with both the court and ADA, and the jury does not get to know how the case got there.
This is standard procedure for all ethical practicing attorneys!

See.........you sound just like the news channels. You're eluding to things they found, but you're not stating what it is, just like the news. Her attorney is giving her good advice I agree, but only to keep his client from a feeding frenzy, and.....hope the judge is not a female or a mom. Also, a lot of folks have a major credibility issue with the boy, so his statements are moot at best. No need to "study up" on this one dude....and as usual...get real!
