Government-run system or state, doesn't matter at this point for the 48 million. MnConnell just doesn't get it does he? Maybe he can pay my $664 per month for coverage MetLife is charging the retirees (and that is for a single person). Pass a Health Bill--it's not mandatory is it???

I am against socialism, if I am smart enough to get a job that provides me with health care then I am OK, if not then I am sickly. Isn't that the thinning of the heard? I am tired of paying for idiots.

That is because we haven't had a President that was as big of a Socialist as this one. It might as well be Mikhail Gorbachev running our country.

Yeah, they've done such a responsible job with Social Security, let's go ahead and give them control of our health care.

Actually, we are much better off with Social Security now than if Bush had privatized it.

Prove it.

You can even take the losses in the market from the highest point to the lowest point, and compare to the unfunded liability amount in SS. Tell us the numbers you come up with.

SS is the largest Ponzi scheme in history. There is no money there. The crooks in DC spent it all. They take new "investments" to pay off current recipients. That by definition is a Ponzi scheme.

Do you think WISH-TV forces each employee to have a framed picture of The Messiah in their office? Could Channel 8 do just a little less cheerleading for this loser?

"Actually, we are much better off with Social Security now than if Bush had privatized it."

This is only true for those who are age 60+. For anyone else, they would have still been far better off with their Social Security in the stock market that will soon surge again. The ridiculous return on the government-ran fund is criminal.
