The question is will businesses like those owned Joshua Tucker fit the long term plan.
"Downtown needed something and I think this will definitely go a long way to making downtown Allentown prosper once again," said Tucker.

That comes from a business owner right across the street from the Arena who has been there 28 years. Everything is looking great for Downtown Allentown. Way to pull in the money Ed. Your doing a fine job despite what your few opposing critics think. Thanks for giving us the chance no one else could have given us. Keep up the good work sir.

This is why the mayor is pushing for the lease of allentowns waterworks. This will start the arena construction again until more revenues are misappropreated for yet another sceem by allentowns mayor. His buddy tricky nicky Zarwaski was the mayors first blunder of many to come tc salon we don't have to post them all the lease turnouts say it all.

Blunder upon blunder will do this fair city under. Ye olde mayor will loot and pillage this city economically. He wants to rid Allentown of the unwashed. Check out the reviews of some of his restaurants on urbanspoon. Now that is progress.

Gotta love how the administration and city council used the guy who bought (got stuck) with the Americus Helltel.

Now JP Really comes along with a better idea I.e. How to screw the screwers.

You know what they say. What goes around comes around.

Another cost to the allentown tax base revenue loss for palumpashitskies new political campaign donor. Who owes the money if this is just another losing venture of the present king town bully?

Were are the floating bonds and what is the intrest paid or is this not happining now with the waterworks lease?
