Good job! I wish Napa would do this.

Yeah Vallejo P.D. good job!! please lets clean this city up and get rid of the thug cloud over Vallejo.

Is it possible that the police are finally doing the job they have been hired to do because of the threat of losing their high pay and benefits?
Well whatever the reason for the action it is appreciated. |

Dang! So many gangs and so few parole and probation searches throughout Vallejo.
Well, at least you are doing what should have been done for years, now. Thank you! Keep it up. Glad to see that arrest are being made on illegal immigrants too. Especially the extra-criminal types. |

Perfect waste of departmental resources. Do you actually think the crime rate will go down in Vallejo because of this? Not to mention "associates" of gang members can be defined as family members.
This does no good for our cities troubles right now. And most of the gang members in Vallejo are "wannabes" that are all under the age of 18. In other words, KIDS. |
|
Far from a WASTE, Irish. And as for the "wannabes", they are not all kids...look closer. They are here, full-fledged adults, felons, parolees, hangin' an bangin' here in V-town. As for the VPD, folks, this is not the first sweep of this kind. There was one a few months back, and hopefully there will be more. I welcome the Fed's and VPD to do whatever it takes to give us back a town we can raise our families in. A town that we will feel safer in. But it has to happen in Oakland, Richmond, Fairfield, Pittsburg/Bay Point, and many other towns too. As long as we are just off the I-80 the scum will continue to roll in for some fun. WELL DONE VPD!! Shut them down. |

i'm happy the city is finally doing something about the gangs in the vallejo, but i'm just curious to know what the city defines as a gang. i know some of the people mentioned in the article and the groups some are associated aren't necessarily gangs. they are really just groups of friends who always are together. this isn't to say that others mentioned aren't in gangs, i'm just really curious as to how VPD categorizes gangs.

I like how the liberal media states that they are "alleged" gang members. The gang task force and feds would not waste their time with alleged members or associates. These punks are hard core card carrying members of their gangs. They all carry guns and they all sell dope. They all have gang tattoos and gang clothing. They have all been convicted of multiple felonies and are a menace to society. YEAH IRISH taking these punks off the street does make a huge difference is the safety of the public. Maybe the police should drop them off at your pad instead of jail and you can give them three hots and a cot and get to know these "alleged" gang members. Or we could just exterminate them and call it good!

"Abraham Tili, 25, was arrested on suspicion of being an ex-felon in possession of a loaded firearm and is believed to be a Mac Block gang member, police said. Keon Naylor was arrested and released for allegedly violating parole and is a suspected member of the Cut Throat Mob gang, police said. Shanne Alexander, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and is believed to be a Waterfront Crips associate, police reported. Police said they also arrested Maria Megana, 35, and Sergio Reyes, 25, on suspicion of illegal entry into the United States and the two are suspected to be Norteņo affiliates." Sounds like just your normal everyday kind of people to me too. NOT!! |
If you look at FBI crime stats they have a section of children shot/killed by guns. A large percentage of those are gang members shot by other kiddie gang members. You really have no clue and should just be quiet. |

A TILI family member was arrested for being a felon in possesion of a gun. Did this idiot not learn anything. Wasnt it a TILI couple years ago that tried to rob TOYS-R-US and was shot and killed by VPD. Hopefully This TILI will soon end up on a T-shirt too.
Good job VPD! |
|
Why do idiots have to post this kind of garbage? VPD has been doing this for years. So the paper finally prints an article and you can't just applicate the hard work by VPD. You my friend are one of the real problems in Vallejo. You will never appreciate the good things you have or can enjoy in Vallejo because it is people like yourself who will complain about everything. Hey, you should run for city council. Maybe you can be just like Tony Persol or Cluty boy and get nothing done, but you would be a good complainer. |

Who in the hell knew Vallejo had so many different gangs? Knowing this, isn't going to help Vallejo's image or invite any prospective residents! What is happening, or has been happening to Vallejo? Little by little, it's becoming a lot like a couple other cities in the Bay Area that we hear about on the news every single morning. Such a shame.
Good job by the Vallejo PD, but unfortunately, they've got their work cut out for them. This is like a cancer that you just can't get under control. |
|
Thank you for your response. I agree, all the usual suspects like to do is complain about everything and bash everyone. I'm glad the PD is still doing what it can given the lack of resources and support. Keep up the good work VPD! |

a meguel come down ta MAC BLOCK or jus East Side vallejo an say that uce we be glad ta but you on a white !! RIP MAC JUNE , |
|
Book all the gang bangers. They are nothing but little whiners. They can't do anything unless there are two or more of them. They are afraid to be by themselves. |
|
you must be talking about them black and hispanic gangs because it well know a polynesian gang member aint afraid of fighting alone |
