Shipley said what? Greatest come from behind win was last Sunday? He better learn his Vikings history. 1977 at San Francisco down 24-0. In the 4th qtr put in rookie Tommy Kramer. Vikes win 28-27.

Can't unleash Favre until the O line comes together. Right now the Vikings O Line sucks. Not only that to many dropped balls. C'mon receivers your in the pro's now! Oh yeah stop throwing the ball to TaHeeeee!!! Better yet cut him.

The vikings know what this game means to favre he been waiting for this since kast year and the team come together and the defence especially the williams boys have got to have a great game rushing the passer. There are a lot of memories for packer fans and regardless of what charity they should not burn things brett favre either gave or they bought when he was a packer. True fans know 16 years is a lot of menories and there are favre haters and back biters and fans who still love to see the man who was their quaterback until the packers told him the train done left the station. The vikings are a better team with favre and childress knew this before he got him. go vikings

I can guess the first three plays aginst the Packers. 3 handoffs to AP. Two up the middle. Honestly, its going to take us just as much passing to get us to tue superbowl. We got Farve and we know he still can throw, lets use him Chilly!!!

Admiral, a couple of fact fixes: 1977 game was at the Met, not SF. Vikes were down 24-7 to 49ers when Kramer came in. Half the fans were out in the parking lot drowning their sorrows. They came streaming back inside when the comeback was on. And in the papers on Tuesday, Kramer admitted he went out after that game and got blind drunk. Ah, the good old days.

I'll have to agree to a point. The playbook must be opened up some more if we are going to beat some of these upcoming teams. With Favre in here, they should let him do a little more of what he knows best. I mean let's face it, Favre probably knows the West Coast offense better than any of the coaches, and he's probably been working with longer. GO Vikings!

If imagination were money. And Chilly was in DQ. He would only be able to afford a small vanilla cone.

It would be interesting to see his career stats as far as how many passes thrown, how many dropped or fumbled after contact. They say he is a good blocker but the Vikes can't seem to block very well as a team so I don't know where he fits into it. Never saw the value in him.

With the vanilla offense, Brad can at least agree to start throwing on first down instead of waiting until the 4th quarter when the Vikes' are behind to do it. It's stupid to run two times in a row nearly 90% of the time, then throw on third down. This takes a lot of ingenuity for the offense (not) and makes it much easier to defend. Mix it up Brad, mix it up!

If Childress spent half as much time working on getting the ball into the hands of Berrian, Shiancoe, and Harvin, instead of trying to fool everyone by working in plays for Nafuahfatoopadoodle Tahi, who doesn't fool ANYONE, this offense might stand a chance. Until then, lets just hope we can keep the crappy teams like the Browns, Lions, and Packers coming... last sunday about gave me a heart attack.

Sending AD into the line where 10-12 guys are tied up with each other and no room, is a very low proabability play result. Pass on first down, play action, you know something unexpedted. Way too vailla Brad. And I'm concerned our O line seems unable to open holes to get AD sprung like so many other teams do for their runner. Get the ball to Adrian in space or get Adrian in space. Let's hit it hard Monday Brad.

Never saw the value in him. the sausage has never had the greatest hands but usually he is pretty reliable when you need him. his hand has been injured the last few weeks, so i am not sure why a pass is going to him in the first place.

For sure, Chilly doesn't know anything about play-calling or player-utilization.
