Pawlenty to propose Minn. constitutional amendment

Gov. Tim Pawlenty is proposing an amendment to Minnesota's constitution today. The Republican governor will announce details at a morning news conference at the Capitol.

Sounds like your talking about them EastSiders. They believe Mayor Chris Coleman, when he tells us, St Paul is the Most Livable City in America.
