It has been a historic week for transit in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The state's five most populous counties have agreed to raise the sales tax to fund transit projects.

Do you really live in such fear of your fellow countrymen? Long ago I asked someone to provide statistics as to the fatality rate of LRT/Bus riders at the hands of phantom criminal elements on public trasit compared to the deathrate of I-94 drivers/passengers. Never got a reaponse from any of the people who talk about the unsavories on the bus. Instead, just more commentary loaded down with intolerance and igorance. Sorry to hear you hate Americans so much that you have to protect your self with nonsense.
