If he is convicted, David Radzivill, 44, faces, at a minimum, a six-month loss of his driver's license, a $250 fine, six months probation and 50 hours of community service. His blood alcohol level was .15, almost double the legal limit, according to prosecutors.
On Feb. 17, Radzivill's SUV struck and killed brothers Eledoro Grijalva-Lima, 33, and Cesar A. Grijalva-Lima, 36, who were walking on State Road 7 in Fort Lauderdale, authorities said.

Some of you law savy types help me out here. Can't they go after the producer of the photos on his computer?? It didn't say if he took the photos himself, so I assume they came from a pornographic website. The producers of this crap are just as guilty (in my mind) as the people that posses it.

Sad to say but police and fire people protect their own. Anyone else, off to jail for the next 30 years. We have very bad laws in this state.

What is your point? These are two totally unrelated crimes? Waht does a DUI have to do with Child Porn? How can you put the whole spectrum of crimes committed by our society on an even playing field not to mention each case had migitating factors to contend with in the court system.
