<Halliburton sued in alleged Iraq rape of a Florida woman>

Thats not news, Halliburton has raped every citizen in this country. It should be a class action lawsuit.

Why don't they NAME the man who is accused of committing the crime?

If he is from Florida, he could be a neighbor.

Because he is considered innocent until proven guilty. His name will either be leaked during the trial by the media or released after he is convicted.

BTW, did not say the man was from Florida. Said the woman was from Florida and that KBR has a Miami office. We do not know where the man is from.

Not hard to believe. Poor lady. I thought all they had to worry about was Iraqi insurgents. Dick Cheney is evil. Under his leadership, everyone who worked for Halliburton got a screw job. I personally know people who worked for KBR (Kellogg Brown & Root) both before and after Cheney came on board. He is a real POS and undoubtedly still has some pull in the corp.

Let's get out of Iraq pronto, and let's impeach Bush for high crimes and misdemeanors from lying over WMD to perpetrating torture on innocents.

OK, that's enough. Yo Ralph, go drive your bus. Do you have any idea how your Government works? Any bunghole that passes 2nd grade knows that the Exectuive branch holds power only equal to the Legislative branch and the Judicial branch. So Bush cannot simply say go to Iraq and get me their oil. It takes all three to do anything in our form of government. Now you'll write back saying how the Government is corrupt, bad, worthless, etc, etc... Your welfare check will be here in a few days, cash it, and go the **** back to wherever your slimey **** came from. Take Norton with you.

What a moronic post. Any company in America could be sued under this "legal theory" for failure to screen out such employees. Here there hasn't even been a criminal charge made against the alleged rapist and there's no evidence shown that the company knew or should have known that the alleged rapist was a danger to anyone. But as a card-carrying Bush hater, you've managed to accumulate all of the information YOU need in order to make your insipid point. Congratulations.

"The woman reported the rape the following morning"

At least she was able to get some sleep before dealing with all of this.

What the hell does this have to do with Dick Chaney? Are you Bush haters even capable of completing a single sentence on any topic without somehow saying "halliburton," or "global warming" or whatever the moronic phrase de jour happens to be? So much for actually discussing the "facts" of a story.
