People's beliefs about when human life begins are not based on facts. We realy don't know when, along the continuum of development, that this happens.
The Church and others, acting on an abundance of conservative caution, arbitrarily states that it begins at conception. This is intended to do avoid any possible harm in a case of uncertainty.
This is their belief and they have a right to believe this.
However, others can honestly look at the same issue and decide that human life begins much later in the development of the fetus. They should not have to accept the arbitrary conservative beliefs of the Church any more than they have to accept the belief that Mary was assumed bodily into Heaven or that Christ arose from the dead.

That the nurse has done this previously seems cause for dismissal. She's not serving her patients' needs, she's serving her own.

Why did this women wait two years to file this "lawsuit"? What proof does she have? Sounds like tough economic times have hit this family, and perhaps they tried winning the lottery first, and that didn't pan out. 2 weeks lack of sex and you file a lawsuit? How ridiculous.

Mirena IUDs have received a lot of negative reviews from women due to its potentially harmful side effects. In fact, Bayer Pharmaceuticals have received a warning letter from the FDA due to their over-marketing of their product but failed to state its side effects. The manufacturer is faced with lawsuits filed by upset women. If you want to know more about Mirena and its side effects, you may key-in "Mirena lawsuit" in Google or refer at http://www.mirenalawsuit.us/iuds-like-mirena-... for more related information.
