Rubel lives in Sandoval County and interestingly enough I saw him speaking at a political function in Santa Fe! This man has no business supporting any type of political figure, much less running for sheriff. He cannot even manage his personal affairs nor his relationships and he wants to run for office? He has no education, lies, steals and keeps questionable company!
