Editorial: Still too much info blocked from public
With so little achieved so far - and, given a Republican governor's veto power over the Democratic majority's bills, so little achievable - you'd think that the New Mexico Legislature's leadership would be happy to approve reforms that have broad bipartisan support, good odds of gubernatorial approval and popularity with their constituents.
