Great for them! Let Billy Bob Big Pants sell his jet and fire one of his chefs to help fund it.

don't hold your breath in a flowery and generous gesture they will give us another shot at it by special ballot .

LOL Billy boy is still spending our tax dollars on the project .

he has already spent millions of our tax dollars on impact studies and buying and leasing land .

If the people of this state don't wise up we will be paying for it out of the general fund .

the corruption that has already occured on this bamboozel of the New Mexican public is or should be prosecutable .

Wise up, people - we already ARE paying for it out of the general fund. Your legislators have already approved more than $135 million out of state funds, including $100 from the general fund, to pay for the spaceport.

We celebrate a "win" by saving Otero county a few million, but we do nothing to actually stop this boondoggle project.

They plan to break ground in January and actually start construction - so if we're serious about trying to stop it, we better quit talking and start doing.

Space Port a bust, 1 holiday express hotel built in TorC, 9 other spaceport being planned outside of New Mexico, and no new ventures in New Mexico. Looks like the Otereo voters who voted "NO" voted pretty smart.

Watch as Virgin Galatic does a few flights and then closes shop and moves to another state..

Problem is noone in government wants to live within their means. They want to raise taxes so they can keep spending just like they want. There are so many people coming out to support this tax at club meetings because they want their museum or program to get the money that is being promised. Unfortunately, there arent any people going around to speak against it.
