Thank you Mr. Maestas and everyone else for your nice comments. My Grandfather was a great man and legend in Northern NM. Mr. Madrid brought back tons of memories of the santa suit. The cousin's were remembering Emilio's resturant with it's unique decor. He will be missed greatly.

He was my great grandfather, and he was amazing!
He adored all of his family very dearly, and i will remember him forever. Like my grandfather, i was shocked that this day actually came, as powerful as my great grandfather was, he also
seemed invincible. It was a joy to see how many people admired him at the funeral, he set a big
mark on the history of new mexico, and i am very respectful of that. He was great

Please let our father rest in peace. He loved his family, this state, and its entire people! If you didn’t care for him or his views all we ask is PLEASE try to respect the grieving.
I will PRAY to God for those of you not to be judge as you have judged.

Today is a very sad day for my family and i. I am Emilio Naranjo, Jr's second oldest. I'm very happy to see my cousins on here. I'm very happy to see that my Grandfather touched so many people. He was my personal hero.
I now live in Charlottesville, Va the Home of Thomas Jefferson who founded the Democratic Party. It is a Blue city. One hour South of me is Lynchburg, the home of the late Rev. Jerry Falwell. I was always disgusted with Falwells hateful views and how he hid behind the bible. When Falwell died I posted online that I wasn't going to tap dance on someones grave because that's just eye for an eye wrong. I received alot of praise for taking the high ground.
Ambro and Whatever you have taken the low ground like so many others. You did this in the most cowardly way, behind a keyboard like my cousin Don said. You tap dance on a the grave of a man who had many family and friends. That grave has not even ben dug. You are entitled to your opinion. But I personally feel very sorry for you both.
As for Governor Richardson, I don't remember too many problems until he started making promises he wouldn't keep. I'm a john Edwards Democrat. I supported John during the primary. I support him now. Let's just say everyone remotely close to Bill Richardson will agree that John Edwards hasn't come near the numbers your 400 pound governor has.
Thank you Grandpa. You are with history now. In a better place. Your family loves you and so does the Land of Enchantment.
Uncle Milo's son... were you at the rosary or funeral? I don't think I got to "double-meet" you, I double met Uncle Milo, because I had not seen him since I was about 5 years old!(I'm 18 now) but I saw robert there (he looks like ben stiller!)

In this particularly NASTY kind of politics, for every person that is helped, there is always someone who is hurt.

What's the big deal?
I mean--being the "boss" of Rio Arriba politics is like being head cook at McDonalds.
I mean---condolences to his family and all...but I don't "get" what the big deal is about the passing of the longtime boss of Rio Arriba politics.
Wow I did not know such foolish people knew how to use the computer. You are a idiot who knows nothing about respect and culture. You are very rude to make such hateful comments. Shame on you ****.
