Are manners and common sense related:
Things that have crossed my mind while driving:
1. Possessors of handicap PlacCards:
-Do NOT drive with the placard hanging from your rear view mirror. It does not keep you in a safer environment. It says right ON the card = do NOT drive with this on your mirror.
2. Drivers with small dogs on the drivers lap. That is not cute, not safe and illegal. Has common sense dropped off the planet.
