No charges are being filed and no sufficient evidence to prove criminal activity should equate to no suspension for those involved. The city is paying for administrative leave. Rather it should pay for these professionals to resume their rightful jobs.

For years Frank Benest's goal was to either eliminate the Children's Theater or make it go public/private or just private. He and Chief Johnson have now brought charges against the staff in the public arena and not in a court of law - and the staff, still under a Benest-imposed gag order, cannot defend themselves. They have been accused, tried, and convicted by the city's statements and their Civil Rights violated BIG TIME. Chief Johnson has handled this
very badly,---like other cases. She got her directions from the top. She has to go. Benest is going - and not too soon for huge amount of residents.
