News Flash -- This woman is now facing new charges. Seems she lied about not having a prior record -- just a paltry 10 felonies in Indiana!

Of course, now she'll go before MISTER Erikssen (can't bring myself to call him "Judge") again and he'll tell her she's been a naughty girl, so now she'll have to wear ankle monitors on BOTH ankles.

I knew it...People just don't wake up one morning and act this way...However, unless Judge Eriksson is specifically requesting she is brought into his court she won't be seen by him tomorrow. He was the weekened First Appearance judge, he won't be the weekday First Appearance judge also....But, I hope he feels like there is egg on his face and that he is removed from the bench over this!

Based on her lies it is evident she can't be trusted to return to court. She already knows how easy it is to change her name and move to another state undetected. Wake up judge you are an idiot.

I just saw that on channel 6's website. She also provided a false social security number! She also has an alias.

Once a con always a con. You'll always get caught!

Now that tubby is off the street we don't have to worry about more babies being stolen.

Hope tubs like prison food. She'll lose a few tons on that diet.

I wonder what else they'll find on her? But she's off the streets from roaming/grazing!

The majority of judges in this country are from wealthy families to begin with, they have the support to get elected and once these inept individuals hold office, no one challenges them. THEY HAVE NEVER PRACTICED THE LAW.

Good for you - I totally agree!! I have been a spectator in Eriksson's courtroom and his behavior is absolutely deplorable.

It would seem that the judge would have ordered some sort of psychological evaluation of this obviously disturbed woman. Letting her out with only an ankle bracelet after kidnaping a helpless child is just bizarre.
