Great Article! Completely true...it's sad that so much hype has been made for a shot that really doesn't matter too much. If careers were based off of great last second shots then Robert Horry would be the greatest player of all time and a Hall of Famer! One shot in an ECF game 2 means nothing compared to Jordan's shot, Sean Elliot's shot, etc.etc. If it were to win a game 7 then maybe it would semi-matter. Anyway, I couldn't agree more with you!

Best article you've ever written. Queen James is just hype. Yes, he's good, but he's not in the same league as Jordan or Bryant. Yet, the NBA and the media are all over him as the next coming of Jesus, which he is not.

Also, he doesn't have the surrounding cast to win a championship, though the refs are tryig really hard to make him win. I pick the Magic in 6.

Great article. Very true. LeBron is a fine young player, But... James catches someone from behind and blocks the shot and there's nothing like him. Howard catches James from behind, blocks the shot all ball, and gets called for a foul... fouls out... James three shots.

(Nothing to do with James, but what's the deal with Ilgauskas taking a bounce pass outside the key... no dribbles, three steps, and Orlando gets called for a foul... no traveling call?!?)

It's Game 2. The Cavs let a 23-point lead slip. How often has LeBron won a game on a buzzer beater? Twice? And how important is the shot if the Cavs lose in 5-6 games?

As far as tonight's game, it's important to point out: When Orlando trailed into halftime, they won one of their games and lost the other on one point. When up one at half, they win by ten. They just need to focus on starting strong, because they've already finished well three games straight.

Great article from Bianchi. Who knew he had it in him? From now on he should write about reality instead of the usual contrived non-stories!

Greatest article you've ever done. I think Lebron is an awesome player, but the media and refs are making him one of the best players to root against.

Bianchi - probably your best article to date. It really is sickening to what is going on with him. It seems like the refs want to be "witnesses" too!

Mike,
Now you know how so many feel when the Sentinel and other media outlets talk about Tim Tebow.
I have a good feeling that every article come college football season this year will mention Tim Tebow. I guess we shall wait and see...

This serie couldn't possibly be more fixed in order to get "The King" into the finals, it sickening to see the unfair calls all over the games...despite all that adversity we still beat them, that only shows that our game is waay better than theirs...

Good article, makes up for that stupid one yesterday. The Kobe/Lebron hype does remind me of the Tebow hype. Just gets so tiresome to hear all the time. Did you notice the announcers in Game 2 when Turk hit the game winning (at the time) shot. They didn't act at all excited, but when Lebron hit his, they flipped out.

oh and russ, the commentators were a little more excited because lebron hit a nearly impossible 3 point shot with 1 SECOND LEFT that gave the cavs the win. it was a little more exciting than the 2 pt. shot by turkey glue.

Great article Bianchi. I also have been experiencing the gag reflex when I hear LeBrick's name mentioned constantly. It really is sickening considering Lebron has never even won one title.

Want to talk about hype? Sorry to disappoint, but all Dwight Howard does is camp out in the paint for 5 seconds. If the refs actually called 3-seconds on Dwight, the Magic would turn the ball over on nearly every play. Nobody cares about the Magic which is why the Cavs will still win this series.

Actually he has won 2 championships, thats why Tebow is better.
