Correct me if I'm wrong, Bell's friend says "I gotta go get my gun" and gets into a car with Bell. The cops can't see his hands and they see him reach for something. They didn't wait to see what that thing was and started shooting. It's civil negligence and not criminal negligence.

Geraldine....it occured in Howard Beach, about 10 minutes from my hood.

Some dopey teen egged an unmarked cop car. When the cops went to arrest him, his buddies obstructed, and when they brought in more to arrest all of them, their families went nutz. I think one teen got knocked out with a baton, and a mother was arrested. Shoot, if memory serves, the crowd began chanting the "N" word at black officer.....

I think a link was posted regarding it...but a quick search for NYPD Car egged and Halloween should find it.

Yup, if I am decrying the NYPD, I don't expect some dork to use LAPD stats against me.(Apples and Oranges).
