23 lawsuits against taser have been dismissed. all of which found the perp's death was caused by the drugs and not the taser.
taser and the police depts have won all the suits against them to date. 100% of all lawsuits that resulted in deaths.
taser are safe. tasers should be used by the police depts.
i don't know about any of you. but if given a choice between a harmless shock or lead poisoning, i'll take the shock over a bullet any day.
this idiot in the article would have either died of an overdose or was stopped by the cops. it's his fault he already had a good amount of cocaine in his system.
