I know I'm being lied to, next time I'm in a cops house i'll be sure to wire his GFI outlets backwards and lets see if he or his family survives a 120 volt shock. maybe as an electrician you should go back to school and learn the difference between amps and volts. 50,000 volts is NOT fatal. do a google search how many amps are fatal? the answer is as little as 20 milliamps. which is more then triple the amount of amps in a taser.

And so how many Americans are out there with cocaine abuse, enlerged hearts, heart murmurs, pacemakers, health problems. And if that is a known problem that was clearly warned to police then they should have known better than to use it on someone who had recently used cocaine and was in the process of injesting it. They used poor judgement and cost a man his life just to preserve evidence for a misdemeanor.

I gaurantee if you hang on to it for 50 seconds and have any health issues you probably won't be replying anymore on this thread. I have a mousetrap that electricutes mice using milivolts powered by a couple double A batteries. I know of an electrician who died from a shock from the nuetral current of a 60 watt bulb which is approx.03 amps at 120 volts. Maybe you should comment on something you do for a living instead of what Taser Int. publishes on Google.

Hey Newsday, maybe, just maybe the guy died from ingesting a bag full of cocaine. The Taser is not an issue, although I can see why you would focus on it since you have another article bemoaning police use of the Taser. "Man Dies After Swallowing Cocaine Stash" - THAT'S your headline. What is hilarious is what an INEFFECTIVE liberal rag Newsday is. Please God, destroy this newspaper.

First of all the taser was created primarily for officers to use deadly physical force. A deranged person coming at you with a hammer or a knife, or whatever and the hope is you can take him down without killing him. It wasn't put into use to stop a guy from destroying evidence. I am quite the police critic, am I? I don't think so. What I have said is the cops may have over-reacted believing there would be no serious ocnsequences to lighting the guy up. There is not a cop on this board other than the screwballs that can tell you the cops should have brought the guy to the hospital forthwith. Do I think the cops should be indicted for this? NO!!!, or not unless there comes a reason that they should. Mr.RUN said I posted his IP address on a Blog. Mr.Run, if you need a discount on Depends, I have coupons from BJ's. All I did was say you came from an area just s/e of Grand Ave., and the SS Parkway. I could have gotten the terminal within 3 feet if I had to. Why would I. Michael, if you ever read some of my postings about the SIL being framed for a crime he didn't do - if you saw them all, you would have seen there are literally more than 1,000. AND I DEFY ANYONE TO FIND ONE PERSON, EVEN RUN262, posting anything to dispute what I have said hundreds of times over and proven by facts The Smart** Run 262 and his pals should have been required to watch Dateline this past Sunday night. the victim's in those two shows were also convicted by a jury of their peers. One did more than 20 and the other one did 16. Both exonerated because one detective and his partners had the courage to speak out and go to the media after the Tom Spota look-a-like, Frank Clark told them to get lost. That P***K got his convictions and that was all he would worry about.

As for the mice, I live in a heavily wooded area so I get the occasional field mouse in my basement. I believe in a better mousetrap. As for the electrician who died he had a heart condition and died from a low voltage /low amperage shock. Voltage is speed and amperage is volume. The more speed you have the less volume you need. For instance your home which might draw 90 amps from the 120/240 volt secondary system is in all actuality drawing about 2 amps from the primary 10,000 (variable number) system before the stepdown transformer. Do you personally believe you would emerge unscathed after locking on to a coil primary for a straight 50 seconds? Do you believe that possible risk of your demise would exist? A GFI outlet is designed to cut off at 8 milliamps at 120 volts to prevent fatal shocks. The Taser should be considered a lethal weapon since its results vary on an individual case.

Why Capozzi Should Have Been Exonerated From The Start...The Delano Chronicles Continue Written by Glenn Gramigna, Editor Monday, 31 March 2008 Delano: "How Could They Keep An Innocent Man In Jail Just To Save Their Jobs?"...Why Anthony Capozzi Was Obviously Innocent From The Start...The DNA Test That Was Supposed To Prove Delano Wrong Anthony Capozzi. A severely mentally ill man who spent 22 years in jail for murders he did not commit. Though he was finally exonerated through the use of DNA, there were those who knew he couldn't have been the Bikepath Rapist long before the fateful press conference that led to his release....Who?...According to suspended Buffalo Cold Case Detective Dennis Delano, the answer is: Anyone who spoke with Capozzi and then read the Bikepath Rapist file. "Anthony Capozzi is schizophrenic," Delano points out. "Anyone who went to see him in jail could see that, including three Sheriff's investigators led by Chief Scott Petronik. He was completely disorganized. Then if you looked at the Bikepath Rapist file, it was clear that whoever committed these murders was very methodical. He planned his crimes carefully. He went through a series of steps with his victims that didn't deviate. He was very meticulous. There is simply no way Anthony Capozzi could have done those things. He is incapable of anything like that. If Anthony had tried to commit this kind of crime, he would have been caught immediately. How could the DA's Office keep an innocent man in jail just to save their jobs?" Still, it wasn't easy for Delano and his colleagues to get the DA's Office to even take a second look at the case, according to the former Detective. Finally, he had to go to the media as a last resort. Of course, the first problem with getting him released was that it was thought that the original physical evidence from the case had been lost at ECMC. Then a former nurse called to say the material definitely still existed. "This woman called me and told me she had been a nurse at ECMC and she

"This woman called me and told me she had been a nurse at ECMC and she personally knew the material was there," Delano says. "Later I tried to call the number she gave me, but it was out of service. We went to ECMC and the box was there. It had been put somewhere where it wasn't easy to find, but it was there, which was truly a miracle because it could have just as easily been thrown away or we might not have found it...But, we did." The next even more formidable difficulty was getting the DA's Office to conduct the needed DNA tests. "We had been trying to get the DA's Office to get the DNA tests in the case done but they didn't want to do it," Delano remembers. "The only reason why I ever went to the media was to get them to move so that justice could be done. Finally, they agreed to make two tests just to prove me wrong. They thought for sure that they'd find Capozzi's DNA and then they could shut me up." Eager to get the results, Delano called the lab to try to get them as soon as possible. "I wanted to get the results sent directly to us, which was the normal procedure," says Delano. "But, the guy at the lab told me he would have to check with Frank on that first. I assume he meant Frank Sedita, the head of the DA's Homicide Bureau. A couple of days later, I got a call when I was eating breakfast in the Towne Restaurant from someone who wouldn't give his name who told me the DNA tests had exonerated Capozzi....A few minutes later I had got a call from Pam Guenther, Anthony's sister telling me that she felt very guilty and upset. Why?...She had been called to the DA's Office at 3pm the previous day and told that her brother was going to be released because of the test results...The DA then told her that if she told me about it, that might delay his release... "She was very upset because she felt like she was betraying my trust by keeping this news from me. So they had their press conference at 11am without me. Can you imagine that? After all this woman had been through, this idiot was trying to put even more pressure on her by saying her brother's release would be delayed just to try to try and keep all the agencies working the task force out of the press conference. None of our department heads were notified just so he could get all the credit!...How could anyone do that?" In the next installment of the Delano Chronicles, Dennis Delano will discuss the Cold Case Unit with whom he worked...Why he gives them most of the credit for solving the Capozzi and DeJac cases...What he would like to see Mayor Brown do...Why he is hoping to get a call from members of the Buffalo Common Council

I love the wooded area , I 'd like to find a full size cop target so I can practice my sharp shooting. When i fid one I'll be sure to place a Taser in his hand.

I can see it now: The Law Offices of Nifong, Spota, Clark & Scumbag. Did you read that story above? I will guarantee you there is a lot more to that story than what has been said. The key to it is when the detective said the guy should have NEVER been arrested. We can only imagine if all these long years what Clark and detectives have done to cover this up. The DNA. Before that there was blood grouping that gave it a high possibility that the criminal was of Hispanic origin. Capozzi is of Ital-American - Sanchez, well, maybe he is Irish. Sounds like something - the DNA issue we have been hearing about lately..........hmmmmm, could that be Tankleff?

Thats exactly what you are and what you stand for. You believe in destroying laws meant for a civilized society, which you self exempt yourself from, with the approval of your fellow communist peers. Your diatribe of disrespect for law enforcement is made possible because of the FREEDOM we enjoy in this country. It does suck when our own words can be used against us, doesn't it!!

This should get a rise from Capt.Denise. I do know of Mr.Evans. Yes, he is a man with a criminal record, some of which he brought on his own and would readily admit it. He actually likes cops. No,I don't expect you to believe it. Not from his postings intended to annoy you and the other posters. But a more stand-up guy you will never meet. And that is from a former cops. He just doesn't take **** from bullying cops and is not afraid to say it. He is also an electrician, and a ****, too boot. Many SCPD cops that post on these Boards know who he is, and some of them are friends, or friendly to him. Taser guns have been meant to be used in lieu of deadly physical force, or extreme circumstances, when warranted. Not to be used to recover evidence. In most situations no one is going to criticize any cop for exercising their judgment when to use a taser, not even Mr.Evans. PS, I don't give a **** what you and your kind think about my view of Mr.Evans.

You begin this post with "Yes, he is a man with a criminal record, some of which he brought on his own and would readily admit it". This sounds so familiar coming from you (SIL Story). Pete, Can't you read? He has done nothing but criticize the Police for their use of Tasers and speculate negatively on future uses. This is the same man that commented "I 'd like to find a full size cop target so I can practice my sharp shooting". And you want us to believe that "many SCPD cops that post on these Boards know who he is, and some of them are friends, or friendly to him", to quote you. I highly doubt that. And you're right, I don't believe you when you say "he actually likes cops". Do you honestly believe he makes these posts to "annoy the other posters". Yes, corruption does exist in all factions of our lives, but inciting people to disrespect authority completely is another story. We all have our own perception of the truth. For this one, I believe in Captain Denise's truth.
