Statistics, like liberals, lie like a cheap rug. Children who are raised with and to respect firearms in the home are much less likely to cause harm with them than those to whom they are kept a secret or a thing of mystery. And that is an undeniable fact. We had guns in our home when I was growing up. Learned to use them for hunting. Had them in close proximity all the time I was in the service. Have had them in my home all the time I've had kids. They all learned to shoot and to treat guns with the respect and responsibility that comes with knowing how to use a weapon. If you aren't capable of passing this trait on to your kids perhaps it's best you don't have guns around. DON'T presume to tell others more capable than yourself that they can't pass on a rich and notable heritage to their kids.

Of course the real downside to all of this is that they're likely to procreate creating yet another generation to carry on the skewering of America in the fine tradition of Preston Bush.

If we can blame the U.S.S. Cole on Clinton, can we blame 911 on Bush? It was on HIS watch.
Only 7 months after his watch started, dummy! The terroists trained during slick willies watch, but he was too busy chasing interns around the white house to worry about the warnings. "Well, they have a right to learn to fly if they want to! It's good diplomacy!"

People who follow their leaders mindlessly and with hypnotic loyalty will become the ruination of America. The greatest gift our founding fathers gave us was the right to question the leadership of this nation, and the right to find fault with them if they are doing a poor job.
Go ahead and wallow in your patriotism and follow your little mini-gods into the abyss because that's where we're allowing them to take us. Wake up, fool.

There are no mirrors in Liberaland. That prevents seeing self faults and aids in the denial of self responsibility. A vital requirement to being a liberal.

The ignorance one can find on here simply staggers the mind. Preston Bush alone did more for this country than your whole, unbranching family tree. If you feel the need to denigrate a Republican try Lincoln.

Are you serious? Is your hate for Bush so blinding and internalized that you have lost sight? Stop blaming everyone else for your own misery, and open your eyes. This country is no more coming "unglued" than you are dealing with reality. How is having a wedding in a private ceremony on his property "shoving happiness and good fortune" in everyone's faces? This was a ceremony for his daughter and son-in-law, it belonged to them. If you feel like it was being "shoved" in your face, I would suggest you watch less television and focus on something more productive. I realize that there are many of those on the left who are consumed with hate for this man, would it make you happy to see him crying and coming "unglued"? Adopt positive emotions and learn to live a happier life.
I want to see George Bush crying in the corner, sniffing his daughters panties, and lamenting that he can't get it up anymore.

Can I see that?

OH GOOD GRIEF! YOU BAFFOON! you used this same lame joke several weeks ago when trying to insult me.

I bet your brought your mother grief when you left her womb. I mean, 27 years is a tad long to gestate, even by Down Syndrome standards.

And when you Google "The Guardian" - on their own page - you get the following comment:

"Latest news, sport, comment and reviews from the world's leading liberal voice."

So I guess the reporting (especially on all things American and particularly conservative) is very objective. It's kind of the Limey version of The New York Times.

Oh, you guys! You got me! I've been zinged!

You win! I'll be Republican now. You guys! Gee wiz.

Wow, now that I'm a Republican, I have this urge to kick puppies and solicit men for sex while they're trying to take a dump in the next stall.

Bye guys! Thanks for reforming me!

No problem! No need to say thanks! I guess those urges replaced the ones to kill babies and solicit men at work! Keep trying!
