someone say there gonna kill my child id beat the **** out of em too. shouldnt the county be worried of allegations of one of their drivers threatening a 7 year old, did anything happen there? Or just the parent was punished for doing what most would.

We don't really know what was said or not. Nonetheless, violence is not the answer. Good for judge placing her in the "cooler" for awhile.

And they wonder why kids bring guns to school? Hell, they are frightened by the bus driver who knows about the teachers and principals?

A retired judge passed sentence? How does that work?

She must feel relieved that the judge didn't sentence her to drive a school bus full of little darlings like her own for ten days.

They bring the guns to school because of the lack of proper parenting and gun control at home. If the example they see from the parents is that it's ok to attack and hit someone, then that's what they learn. Sad, but true.

Sorry, but who knows what this child told his mother? He probably got reprimanded and told his mother this whopper of a tale about his bus driver.

I think the judge looks at the facts and says: "You're going to jail for X amount of time"...Apparently if the courts have too many cases, or if the regular guy goes on leave, they'll bring in a retired judge so that folks get a speedy trial/sentance (wouldn't you hate to be stuck in jail waiting for a bond hearing just because a judge went on vacation?).
