Hopefully she checked her guests out in the Sex Offender Registry and local court websites before she fed them.

Too often well intentioned naivete leads to yet another missing person report around here.

It is insane how deeply hateful we have become as a nation. We have become obsessed with judging, dividing, and not forgiving anyone for anything. You have no compassion because you have too much fear in your heart and fear eventually turns to anger. I feel sorry for you to think like that during a festive time of the year.

Jasmyne, you are a treasure. What a great way to celebrate your birthday. I am so encouraged by your attitude. Keep up the good work and continue helping others. I know God is very pleased with you. Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas.

Jasmyne has the Christmas spirit. She has been in their shoes, and has genuine compassion. It is commendable, and she sets a good example.
As to the comment about screening the homeless- you missed the point.

Festivity is one thing and naivete is quite another. The recent snatching of a two year old child at Fashion Square mall shows how caution is needed more than ever. If you run the names of the local so called "homeless" through the court websites you will be astounded at what you are rubbing shoulders with in the local malls. More than a few violent convicted criminals lounge in the padded chairs around the coffee kiosk at Fashion Square mall. I saw many of them in circuit court. You do gooders are the first ones to go ballistic when a child disappears and you need to acknowledge the reality of our changing world. As for forgiveness, the favorite cop out term of the zany liberals, take a good look at the 90 plus sex offenders now listed in the state police website for zip code 22902 and ask yourself how many of them YOU would want to forgive after they get hold of your kid!

Those who have police scanners know the 99% crime factor that the media doesn't bother telling the public about.

Wake up.

This young lady did a good thing....I know the dangers and precautions were set...so if you want to judge look at yourself. I am not sure you think you are appointed judge and jury...in my book there is only one true judge and it is NOT you!

We want kids to be kind and do the right things, but when they do they hear the negatives of what could happen...honestly, I am so proud of this young lady as should everyone who has viewed this story.

I was there Saturday as the homeless came and received food...I heard the stories and watched as young children had third because they were so hungry. The Smiles as they were given a goody bag and orange to take with them as they left.

I pray for those who cant see the good because of the negative blinders you have on. to those who are so positive thank you. Thank you for encouraging our youth to do GOOD!

God Bless and Merry CHRISTmas!
