There is a reason why the case is on hold...I don't buy it for a minute. I know him and the parents. I also know the parents continued to shop for hours after the failed "abduction". It wasn't until hours later when the mother got on FB was she talked into calling the police, seems to me she felt this wasn't an abduction either.

From what I understand it was his child from a former marriage to the mother. So --- think about that also. And this came from people who know all parties. Said they thought she was just trying to make it where he gets no visitation whatsoever with the child in the future. Sad however it turns out.

well if that stuff is all true, one would think that 29 would investigate and tell the whole story to the public instead of just a piece here and there

That would help explain why this case is being handled by Juvenile and Domestic Relations court... I had been trying to figure that part out.

The child is white. Not his child at all. I say this as someone who knows both parties. But, trust me, there was no custody dispute going on.

Next time I see a kid wandering alone with no parents in sight, I am going to do nothing. Whatever this guy's motivations, I don't need the headaches. Let the parents worry about the kid.

Any one that knows kevin or played ball with him has seen him have these seizures. so before you judge you really need to know that his seizures are for real. I have seen it happen myself.people sickness are no joking matter. know the facts or just shut your pipe hole. the media cannot put all the facts out there. How can anyone get a fair trial when you already have the verdict in. Get a life people and mind your business.

I got a life and people with seizures don't do this, actually can't and are unable to do this while suffering a seizure. Whether he's guilty or not the judge decides but using a seizure defence won't fly. Trying to use a seizure defence tells me the guy is a liar. But I already knew that, now a judge will find out.
