We can crack down on texting while driving but we can't drug test people who take public money.

It's been proven that texting while driving is more dangerous than drunk driving. Why then would the legislature not make the penalty more severe than drunk driving? Could it be they don't want to p*ss off the soccer Moms?

Naaa, they've already done that, thats why Romney lost. TUI is a new problem that will take time to for legislature to do the right thing.
