From what I've heard this was a good man and maybe he did have a seizure. Was this child walking alone close to the parents or what? 2 years old seems a little young not to be held on to at all times no matter what in a mall!!

ARE YOU SERIOUS?????????? Never heard of someone that sure footed while having a sezure. Where is the justice? So when the next child he snatches becomes a statistic the blame will lay right at the persons feet who let this fool go free. Hold your children close, because if YOU don't protect them no one else will!

Lunsford is SO weak. It's hard to believe she's even an attorney much less a (so called) prosecutor. Just look at the cases and stats. They speak for themselves. PATHETIC!!! Not one strong conviction under her belt. Would someone, anyone, please respond to this with any information on a good, solid, strong conviction for something serious by Lunsford. There are none. Hang it up, Denise.

Not that it should matter, but the child was with the parents when the abduction occurred. Every convicted child molester and kidnapper was a "good man" until they were caught.

This should have gone to trial. This guy is lucky the child's Father did beat his **** right on the spot. I would put a bullet into the back of this guy's head if it were my child. Kidnapping and abduction is more than enough grounds for justifiable homicide.

I think we need a new Commonwealth's Attorney!!

Lunsford ran on the platform that she will prosecute everyone, especially Law Enforcement Officers. But I guess she didn't specify rapists in office and child abductors.

She needs to go!!

Well, more than half the damned commonwealth suffered from a similar seizure back in November when they voted for Obama.

Expect more people trying to take things that don't belong to them in the future.

This is a perfect microcosm of our society: deranged, delusional, decaying, dying and legally justified.

Forward.

The parents should consider filing a complaint with the state attorney general.
So what if he suffers from seizures? Does that mean he can do whatever he wants, steal a car, run over somebody, beat someone up and say, "oh whoops! I had another one of those pesky seizures"?

He drove to the mall when you are not supposed to drive because of seizures, didn't he? Prosecute that!

Some of you need an english course. The security guard was young & he hadn't been working there long. I know him personally. No one in here was there at the time of this incident. I've heard nothing but conflicting stories perpetrated by the media.Everyone would shoot this guy, or beat him. That's what a father should do when their child is abducted. Why didn't he? Instead, he waited hours & then dicided to take action. I spent many years baby sitting murderers, rapists, child murderers, child rapists etc. This man by information provided has never done anything like this nor does he have any record from what I've read. Seizures come in a myriad of ways & affect people differently. You do not wake up one day & decide I'm going to kidnap a child right from their parents hands. It is a process. Remember, OJ walked away from committing a vicious double murder. How about Kaylee Anthony! Her mother walked away. "Life isn't fair. Its just fairer than death, that's all"
