I agree. June 30th is more than a month's notice.
Too bad it isn't in Charlottesville, they'd get lots of help.

Um thats not what I said at all ;) The dump comes from cars that don't run, to trash everywhere, to trailers that have holes in windows, covered by aluminum foil and so forth!

Not to mention that they must be gone by the end of the lease cycle. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone: Don't count your chickens before they've hatched - Don't call a place home if you don't have a lease for the dates.

Failing water infrastructure - huh? I doubt it.

Looking to cash in on commercial real estate property value? Probably.

I know it's home to the people living there but that place has been a dump for a long time. It's no excuse for anyone to have all that trash thrown all over the place and broken down junk cars. You don't need a mansion to keep it clean.

Why is this news? Residents are asked to leave all the time at the end of their leases all over the country. 4.5 months notice is pretty generous.

Go to Lee Park, that will give you a few more months. The Occupy folks got to live there with free electricity for several months .
If that doesn't work out then
I'm sure the tree huggers in the city will welcome you into their homes.

Where is it? I'm only familliar with Southwood in the county.

Just like the septic problems with the mobile home park at Zion Crossroads, the trailers are gone and now it's for sale!

<quoted text>Yes, I'm sure this is true, but they have to "move" their mobile home. Do those other people you are talking about have to move their house? Not too smart, are you!
That's if they own them.

Most folks rent the mobil home and have to pay a fee, or rental on the space the mobil home sits on. They got 4 mo to find logging. Could be worse. The owner really didn't have to supply any reason for this, its his land.
