Can we please tell the quarterback to throw the ball more then ten inches. Why did it take the fourth quarter to finally throw the ball and why call the same play over and over and over and over? Why don't you get the coaching staff from the local high schools and their players to take over for the Cavs during the next two home games, I beat we would see a much better showing and probably more fans would show up too.

This team STINKS and so does the Coaching staff. If they win a game it will be a miracle.

You're right, Al...a season is a book; not a chapter. We just don't want you writing "Football for Dummies"

Coach Groh just doesn't get it. It's about the TEAM, not his book writing which is stale at best.

Bring back George Welsh! He was a great coach. I sure miss him throwing his hat. UVa cares nothing more than wanting you to donate to move down a row, what a joke. My wife and I are huge UVa fans but can no longer afford to go. Thanks UVa! Oh yeah, we are your own employees! Give Al another multi million dollar contract as my wife and I struggle to make ends meet while being dedicated employees to you for over 50 years combined. Thanks alot!

What does Littlepage have to do with the team not winning? Does he do the coaching? Does he recruit? He did offer Groh a chance to get it right this year or take the money...

Granted we're off to a really bad start, but I really wish those of you posting your negative nasty comments would take into consideration the feelings of the players. Do you honestly think they like losing and being bashed by the "so called fans". I hate to see the direction we're in but not for a minute am I going to bash the team. A real fan will stick with and support their team regardless.... Yes, the players bear some responsibilty but the coaches are the ones sending in the plays.

Hey Hoo Fan! Nobody's bashing the players here. We all know that UVA gets some of the best recruits around and of course they hate loosing. I feel for them. The problem is the coach and some of his staff! Groh has been in the picture long enough. Has the team really gotten better since Welsh left? I don't think so. It seems like nothing has changed. I believe I feel like most other true fans; I'm tired of spending a lot of money only to see the team loose-again. I grew up close to Charlottesville and have been a die hard fan since I could first go to the games with my family; but I'm getting tired of seeing the same old thing. I still support the players and wish them a great season but I will not pay to see them play this year.

No one thinks that the players are the root of the problem...even if one of them does turn out to be a thug or they can't keep their studies up, at least we are rid of them after 4 years; worst case. However, we get stuck w/ an ADMINISTRATION for well over a decade that is more focused on getting rid of the "real" fans and replacing them with "paper" fans. I will say, too, that my sympathy is limited for some of these players b/c it's not like they aren't going into the NFL with big contracts...pump your brakes, fan.

If I were you Al, I would start interviewing realtors. At least get a market analysis of what your home is worth. No need to have an analysis done on your coaching, it speaks for itself.
