Caltrans Announces Closure On State Route 163
Motorists should be advised that one of two northbound lanes will be closed this weekend along State Route 163 through Balboa Park, according to the California Department of Transportation.

well thats just great timing, do it on freaking EARTH DAY where there will be THOUSANDS of extra people in the area... caltrans, government inefficiency in action!

They need to close State Route 163 from 8 to downtown for good.

either that or do some MAJOR work to it, people insanely too fast around those corners, nearly been sideswiped several times... |
