Actualy you are right except for the vote part thanks to groups like ACORN and people like Hillary and so many other democrats they have voted and in some states poll watchers may not even require ID when they vote.

If California wasn't a state with the power to tax and to receive other peoples money from the federal government - Califonia would be in bankruptcy court shedding most/all their financial obligations.....like ballooning pensions, etc.
