Projected opening of PAWS may be delayed

After 18 months of fundraising and hundreds of hours of volunteer work, the projected May opening of the Mike Chestnut Spay and Neuter Clinic in Oroville by PAWS of Butte County may be delayed.

The PAWS rep says they are not competing with local clinics but they will charge half the price! Does that make sense? Also that the clinic will have to be "self-sustaining" and in the very next sentence "the clinic will be supported through donations....) Sometimes I think people don't think about the logic of what they are writing.
