I loved the way Tacos Cortez" worked it's way up from taco truck to real restaurant. I ate there when it was a truck and after when it was a restaurant. The food is still so good. But the last thing we need is more things Mexican. We will all be forced to speak spanish and salute the friggin Mexican flag in five years. A better solution is to make Mexico a state. Then no one will have to be illegal immagrants.Mexico will have fair laws and the welfare checks would flow directly to the people who need it with out crossing the boarder. They wont need welfare long if the U.S runs their nasty country because we will give them plenty of work at fair wages. everyones happy

Taco trucks are usually owned and operated by families...small businesses that are started out of the home...fed to their own children day after day for decades. It's hard for entrepreneurs and small business owners to make it as it is, without unfounded bashing based on no evidence. By the way, have you ever noticed that Hispanic people have a higher life expectancy than us Americans? Long live the Taco Truck, and other small businesses and their owners. It is where our country started...God forbid we should force them out of our society.

That was a very mature and intellegent response to this post, Chico Kid. By the way...I've lived in Oroville most of my life (33 years)...never used meth...and still have all of my teeth. I know many people who have been addicted in the past, and they have just as much a right to eat a taco as you....dork.

I don't blame the City of Oroville for not allowing these so called Taco Wagons within the city limits. They are an eyesore to the community, especially this one, with it's location, next to another real eyesore, the used appliance junk yard. Any food that is prepared and openly exposed to outside environs is very unhealthy, and presents all kinds of potential health risks. Most of these Taco Wagons are very unsanitary with no Restroom facilities for the operators nor their patrons, and I don't understand why the Butte County Board of Health, or the state of California allows any of them to operate anywhere. Where is she going relocate to when the real Mexican Resturant opens next door? Maybe she can park outside another fine estblishment, such as the Notty Room. Yeah this is exactly the type of establishment Oroville and Thermalito needs to entice other businesses to this area. Maybe we can get a Hotdog stand on Oro Dam Blvd accross for the Wal-Mart.
Wally, you little ray of sunshine you. I have a solution, drive by and don't stop. I read nothing in here except whining about how Mexicans are ruining America, and one finds a way to make a living WITHOUT YOU and you still whine. WHy don't you have a good cry and get it out of your system, baby.

Now there's charity. You're a real gem. You have a rather distorted sexual passion!
