Looks like our San Diego Politicians are pandering to illegal immigration groups? To me, if you came to America legally, what's the big deal? This is our country and any of the weak-willed administrative offices have obviously been manipulated by tainted politicians. How a road sign can cause a major issue, is beyond me. Now the legal citizens must genuflect to people who do not exist? We must enact the SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) before the new presidents inauguration, because then they will slip through a AMNESTY. Probably in a Senate session in the middle of the night? Both parties are playing with your families future. If you want to support 12 to 30 million illegal aliens, then don't bother to contact your representative. But remember every new immigrant once receiving legalization can tap into every welfare handout. Everything from federal food stamps, to Supplementary security income. Then they can sponsor millions more of their family circle, who can then get SSI.
The majority of those who are already living illegally, would be getting Amnesty and that would be a welcoming signal to the rest of the worlds poor. Immediately millions more will want to crash our border, hoping for yet another AMNESTY to materialize.

The statutory law of the United States is part of state law just as if it were written into state statute. This is why I am so disappointed that many of our cities and police administrators have made the political decision to not enforce the law. As you know, there is no legal barrier hindering local police from inquiring about a person’s immigration status and then acting upon the information they gather. This was codified in a 2005, 9 – 0 landmark decision, by the U.S. Supreme Court in Muehler vs. Mena.
