what parts of lebanon could you actually use to best describe the city? Liberty Bar at 9th and Mifflin. Our unkept playgrounds, the lovely graffiti displays, don't forget to include news snippets regarding the 40 + year old unsolved murder that the city keeps hush hush to save political asses. They should wait till school begins and include the large numbers of kids who just clog the streets and incite riots to and from the three ring circus that was able to find money to renovate, yet can't seem to educate. Do we not have enough advertising for our city IN the slums of New York with the posters that truly do exist asking people to come live here? here is a catchy title for this advertisment.....Lebanon, where welfare is a reward.

There already is a full-length independent film making its way around festivals, looking for a distributor. It's called (ready??) "Lebanon, PA". Find it on Facebook, or here: http://lebanonpamovie.com/

"Lebanon, PA" only bases it's story in Lebanon. It's not actually about Lebanon. Most was filmed in Philly and it's more of a serio-comic film.

Hey advertize it as WE HAVE IT ALL,
a little New York slums (theives, drug dealers)
a little MEXICO CITY,(theives, drug cartell people)
a little/LOT of Purtirico (giving N.Y.@ MEX. a run for the money) Drug money : AINT NO GANGS IN THIS TOWN
a little 3rd world mentality ( car horns are doorbells)
a lot of gov. corruption,(just look in any municiple closet)
And if you need a cop, just go to your local Turkey Hill!

Which riot scene will be in the movie, the one on south 8 th st. or the one on Brandywine st.? Maybe it will be a travel log and we will get to go through the old bell telephone building at 8th and Chestnut, that should be neat. Maybe they will stop and talk to all the zombie's at the old Hotel Lebanon on 9th st. Maybe the movie company can stick around and interview all the white kids at the North west elementary school ( 3?). Maybe they could visit all the great places to work that pay really good money ( 0 ) Its gonna be a great movie.

The film must include Big Bob Anspach, the corrupt mayor who dug us as deep of a hole as we have ever been in. Your right, film all the little delinquents who fight and walk out in front of traffic on their way from the former dress code empire. Your also right, it must include the 40 year old murder that was so wonderfully covered up and the cop who beared the wrath in order to shut him up. This place needs alot of improvement before anything is filmed here. Anything else will just be another LIE.
