* 86% of white victims were killed by whites
* 94% of black victims were killed by blacks

that's alot of black on white and black on black homicide.

blacks commit 46% of crimes (that means almost half) but they make up 13% of the population.

The question needs to include "per capita"

Since whites make up about 60% of america, their numbers naturally should be high. Blacks make up 12% or so of america. But since prisons are about 50% black, the prize obviously goes to the black man.
