The trial should not have taken so long. After he confessed right then and there he should have been killed. I feel for his lawyer, may god forgive you for excepting this trial.

I guess it is morbid curiosity for some people, but can we please not talk about the details of the Kevin Underwood case anymore. I have educated my children on the importance of being safe and using this story as an example, but enough already! It turns my stomach every time I hear about it.

Jessica you do realize that we're in the USA right? This isn't communist China. We're a nation of laws. In order for our country to be that way attorneys must sometimes be involved in distasteful cases.

And as any person involved in such will tell you confessions don't mean much. There are ones that are given by mentally ill people and some are coherced. For us to rely on those as justification for instant executions, then we'd be as nutty as...well, Underwood.

Underwood has gotten what he deserved. In the same terms justice was served.

Prior to going on your next inquistion, remember your place.

I cannot express the amount of hate I have towards this man he is just a disgusting to me as a dirty diaper. I am tired of seeing all of this on the news and in the papers as well and I think that it was way to much information given out to the public but I am also glad that it is over I hope he don't sit on death row long that we don't have to pay for him to get fed and clothed everyday for the rest of his life. This needs to be an exception and he needs to die immediatly if he goes into general population in the pin maybe we will not have to wait long to loose this poor pathetic excuse for a human being.

The only thing we can hope for is that his death comes quickly. There should not be any appeals and no waiting for his sentence to be carried out. He does not deserve another microsecond of life on this planet. Lets not waste any more time and money on this piece of filth!
