So, in other words, he doesn't admit his guilt?

Guy walks into Turkey Hill hammered and trashes the nacho machine. It has nothing to do with "political motivation". I think that's pretty much obvious.
Public servants (or grown men) should not act this way, however, I find the story quite amusing.

Larry Kirkessner should not be making any decisions for the public. He can't even make good decisions for himself.

Did I miss something here? I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the article that he has to make restitution for intentional destruction of private property!!!!
I think it needs to be prohibited for the DUI conviction to be expunged from his record as his actions were intentional. How else can law enforcement keep track of repeat offenders. No doubt he will become a repeat offender.
Besides ARD, he needs to be sentenced to anger management course. If he flips out on a nacho machine, it makes me wonder how is he with the residents at public meetings?

He's a loser scumbag.

I heard Larry was already doing good for the community the other night he had to hold the flag for the borough workers painting walk way lines for hours because the police were notified to help with this and never showed up but drove by and never stopped to help. Good job Larry at least you care about the people.

Thanks Larry I know you could of went all the way with this but because you do care you decided not to keep putting Wrightsville in the paper and not bring out all the dirt on certain people in the town. We all need to go forward and stop going after each other.

I thought I read where he was. I've been running on low sleep the past couple of days which is no excuse for me to jump to a conclusion. However, he was cited for public drunkedness. I'm glad to read that he has done a lot for your community. Still he needs to set a better example for the youth in the community.

Yo voodoo man, is it really necessary to call me a name? I am far from being illiterate and am definitely not mentally disabled! I already apologized for incorrectly posting that he was charged with a DUI and that he was cited with public drunkeness. The police report claimed he had a late night run-in with a nacho machine. Now how the heck is the public reader supposed to interpret that? It seems if anyone was hooked on phonics it was you. I was not taught phonics because of my high I.Q. Those who were taught phonics were harmed greatly because they are still unable to spell words correctly.

if someone is urinating on a bar or other places they should not be or falling down, fighting yes public drunkeness. but for a stupid disagreement and when the clerk started it, and know proof of intoxication please where is the great police force that so many support. This was a clear vendetta against Larry and this police officer needs to go. He is corrupt and should be investigated. Hats off to Larry and being a better man then the rest of the trouble makers in that town.

What they do with it is what counts. lets deal with the real issues here.

all I wanted to say is someone should investigate this police officer because he had so many cases dismissed becaused of his lying. DA where are you?

The police were CALLED. Why take it out on the officer. W'ville should lay low for awhile and get off the York County Human Radar. Absolutely none of my business, as with others, except if you live in the Ville. But damn, be rational, folks.
